I run a site for a jazz club with ticket booking. Today I had an irate customer because they had previously registered and booked tickets. They then could not log in. The reason was that they had an upper case letter as the first letter of their email. It would seem better to me if the email used for registration and logging in where case insensitive. Should I make this an issue?
