Can you be more specific about what features you are looking for? I doubt anything as comprehensive as Splunk would end up on the web2py roadmap, but perhaps there are smaller pieces of functionality that interest you. Are you aware of any web app frameworks like web2py that include a machine data analysis framework built in?
