These guys look very much like Stripe.com as credit-card merchant service providers -- that is to say, VERY good!
Two differences stand out -- WePay can process electronic checks as well as credit cards, an advantage not shared by Stripe. Also, the WePay API is based on OAuth2, which seems like an odd choice, but maybe only because I know nothing about OAuth2. Look over their service and comment on how easy/hard it would be to integrate with web2py.
