Do you need a new web2py, or just a new app? If the latter, just a new
app, you can do that from the main admin page ("My Sites" in the normal
menu bar, under web2py, and then the "New Simple Application" box). This
copies the Welcome app to the new name you specify, and all the
app-specific folders are set up for you.
