It's really hard to tell. You should ask them. How do they setup python websites? You have to upload web2py but the issue is how to configure web server. You only need to configure to your virtual host file but I'm not sure if they allow that. Just email them and ask :) If they support python 2.6 or 2.7 and have mod_wsgi you are able to run web2py.
