I'm having a degree of trouble attempting to style an instance of
auth.form() with a Bootswatch theme; I can style "normal" forms with a
Bootswatch theme, it's simply the auth.form which is giving me grief.

   - For instance it's possible to pass a CSS class to an auth.form in
   default/user():

    form = auth()
    form['_class'] = 'form-horizontal'
    return dict(form=form)

But this class reference is "dropped" when specifying {{ =form.custom.begin
}} in a view. Took me ages to spot this as the documentation says this
command will break the form into components.

   - I've tried to loop through each item in the form to style them:

{{ =form.custom.begin }}
{{ for field in form.fields: }}
However this misses-out the "remember me for 30 days" checkbox field

Has anyone got an example please of their default/user.html where they have
been able to customise an instance of auth.form per one of the Bootswatch
themes?

Thanks for any help
Mark
