for the controller, please create user.py and employee.py and use 
conditional to check request.controller to show the auth field.
e.g. not tested
if request.controller == 'employee' :
    custom_auth_table.name.readable = custom_auth_table.name.writable = True
elif request.controller == 'user' :
    custom_auth_table.name.readable = custom_auth_table.name.writable = 
False
