Both in trunk and 2.9.5 when running on Apache under mod_wsgi, Windows
server 2008, ActiveState python 2.7.6
When I try to start debug via the admin app, I get a ticket which ends:

It also works fine via rocket.
So something funny about the path in mod_wsgi ?
