Sorry. You are right it appears formstyle_bootstrap3 does not address the case of the password field. This has to be fixed. Perhaps you can help us by looking into the current sqlhtml.py, function formstyle_bootstrap3 and see why it is broken. Otherwise, if you open a ticket about this we will fix this asap.
