I recently decided to add multiple workers to one of my scheduler services. Restarting the scheduler service in this case appears to add another N worker processes because the original worker processes aren't terminated when the supervisor process dies.
I wondered why the load on MS SQL server hit 90% CPU (on an 8 core virtual machine). However, my job was fast. :) -- Resources: - http://web2py.com - http://web2py.com/book (Documentation) - http://github.com/web2py/web2py (Source code) - https://code.google.com/p/web2py/issues/list (Report Issues) --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
