Does it makes sense or do you agree with this behaviour?
In [5]: IS_LIST_OF(IS_NOT_EMPTY())('')
Out[5]: ([], None)
In [6]: IS_LIST_OF(IS_NOT_EMPTY())(None)
Out[6]: ([None], 'Enter a value')
In [7]: IS_NOT_EMPTY()('')
Out[7]: ('', 'Enter a value')
I mean... I expected that the first result would be:
([''], 'Enter a value')
