syntax for my specific functions:
arglist=[]
for row in suggestionAgencyRows: ## suggestionAgencyRows is query result
arglist.append(row.suggestion_to_agency.superObjectID)
vardict = dict()
for row in suggestionAgencyRows:
vardict[row] = row.suggestion_to_agency.superObjectID
