To get you started, in the user function after form = auth() put something
like:
if request.args(0) == 'login':
form.element('input[name=username]').update(_class='form-control',
_placeholder='Gebruikersnaam')
form.element('input[name=password]').update(_class='form-control',
_placeholder='Wachtwoord')
form.element(_type='submit').update(_value='Log in', _class='btn
btn-primary')
>From here you can use Firebug to further explore the Bootstrap form and
adjust you html.
