The link is http://www.definescope.com/ . web2py itself is mentioned in http://www.definescope.com/en/services/consulting/ and http://www.definescope.com/en/services/software-development/ (I just noticed now that the first page mentions web2py but does not contain a link to the website; I'll correct this later when I get home).
