I'm thinking you are saying that is put into the css file's response header; what's the best way to see that? Firefox's developer tool doesn't show headers in the CSS tab, and in the network tab I see just "Connection:", "Content-Type:", "Date:", and "Server:" (which is Rocket for my case).
