I did not perform a deep comparison. I only installed the tools and checked the basic functionality with emphasize on debugging of web2py, which effectively disqualified half of them. Maybe, if Wing IDE is opensoureced and free, I would examine it more deeply, but Eclipse/PyDev satisfies my needs till now, so I do not feel need to do so..
