all was working as expected on my web2py app
then I updated from ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04
now I get

You don't have permission to access /omniavx_auden on this server.

Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu) Server at ovxdev.us Port 80
}
is there anything within web2py that I need to update when an ubuntu
upgrade is done?
