So far, with just a couple of small projects to deal with, I've gotten by with using Beyond Compare when moving between Web2Py versions, and "pack custom" and scp to deploy on a second machine. But that only works for small projects that I am intimate with, so a more general tool is a nice idea. I've looked before at Chef, Salt, and (recently) Ansible, but a smaller hammer may be a better way to start. /dps -- Resources: - http://web2py.com - http://web2py.com/book (Documentation) - http://github.com/web2py/web2py (Source code) - https://code.google.com/p/web2py/issues/list (Report Issues) --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
