When the model is loaded, all files are downloaded in the order their name

im /moder folder use names:
0_set[tings].py - any settings for application:

from gluon.contrib.appconfig import AppConfig
## once in production, remove reload=True to gain full speed

TO_PHONE7_ID = myconf.take('deals.phone7')
if DEVELOP: print '0.py - app.DEVELOP'
3_db.py - all DB setttings
3_db1.py - tables define
