Presently, files are being downloaded simply by concatenating a string of
all file id's to a "{{=URL('download_files')}}" call.
To be efficient, I want to avoid having to authorize each ID as belonging
to the user (since there could be a manual download call with arbitrary IDs)
Is there a method to send user selected file id's that could not be
replicated by a user?
