I am using Postgres and can successfully create tables and load a new
application. However, the next request to the app fails with this error:

<type 'exceptions.RuntimeError'> File
applications/APPNAME/databases/715f66f7f718f8a2afa073dfc0be5874_web2py_session_APPNAME.table

appears corrupted

This is because *no .table files* *are created *in the `databases` folder.
I can turn off migrations to fix the problem temporarily, but I am
prevented from adding any new tables to my application because as soon as
migrations are on, I encounter the error again.

Why would no .table files be created? How can I fix this?

Thank you,
Matt
