in db.py I have:
## configure email
mail = auth.settings.mailer
mail.settings.server = 'smtp.gmail.com:465'
mail.settings.sender = '[email protected]'
mail.settings.login = '[email protected]:secret'
in my controller I have mentioned:
session.x=mail.send(to=['[email protected]'],
subject='hello',
message=str(session.percent))
if session.x==True:
response.flash="result sent"
else:
response.flash="no result sent"
return locals()
it always gives me "no result sent"
