Hard to say. Is there in fact a "user_id" field in the db.bottle table? If so, is it the auto-incrementing id field for the table? If not, then it shouldn't be appearing at all, as it is not in your "fields" list. Please show your table definition and make sure the code you are showing is the *exact* code that you actually have running.
