I am assigning a value before the form is displayed like so :
form.vars.ref_field=value and I want the user not to change this value
the JQUERY(#ref_field_id).prop('disabled', true); doesn't work because no
value is processed
the JQUERY(#ref_field_id).prop('readonly', true); doesn't do better
because it maintains the dropdown
stuck with this and the dropdown menu (can't get rid of
it......GGGRRRRRRRRRR)
suppose there is 10000 possible reference values: imagine the
catastrophe..........GGGGRRRRRRR
