Addressed on Stack Overflow:

If you are having trouble with the deployment documentation, you should
explain your specific problems. What have you tried, and what has happened?

As noted on Stack Overflow, if you don't have access to do any
installation/configuration on the server beyond simply uploading files via
FTP, then you will not be able to deploy a Python web application there, as
you must be able to configure and run a web server to do so.
