I understand if you don't want to use the label "Profile", but "Registration" is probably going to be a confusing alternative (most users will think of registration as a one-time sign-up event). Maybe something like "Update account". Anyway, the idea is the same -- find the element with "profile" in the URL and change the text in its first component.
