On all the tasks, all the frameworks do better on bare metal than on Azure -- the only exception is web2py on the 20-update requests of the "Data updates" task, and that appears to be due to some kind of errors being generated, not a general cloud vs. bare metal performance difference. Beyond that, I don't have much idea what was happening there.
