Already the videos stay in static/videos folder .. try make this in your
html template file:
<video width="350" height="350">
<source src="{{=URL('static','videos/video.mp4'}}" type="video/mp4">
</video>
this it html syntax .. in web2py you just handle views and controller to
redirect template right.
