Just edit the routes.py file
I'm using sub-domains and a file like this:
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
routers = dict(
BASE = dict(
default_application="site1",
domains= {
'domain.com':'site1',
'app.domain.com':'app',
'app2.domain.com':'app2',
....
}
))
