Nope, there's nothing you can do, this has to do with the user's mailserver or some relay in the middle. One of them can be overloaded or simply slow. Do not rely on email being instant because it isn't. You receiving the email instantly just proves you're doing it as right as you can and that your mailbox is in a good email service.
