assuming
db.define_table('mytable',Field('myimage','upload'))
and a controller
def download(): return response.download(request,db)
than the URL is
http://hostname:port/[app]/[controller]/download/[filename]
and filename is the one stored in db.mytable.myimage, not the original
filename.
