I think I've actually figured this out and and realized I was asking a sort of dumb question. If anyone stops by and looks at this, here's another that seems more well informed.
Could any of you point me where I should start reading to figure out how to create a form/page that only admins can view that would allow them to generate a new webpage for the site and a link to keep an archive all these pages.
