truncate with foreign-key depends on DB.
for postgresql :
def clear_tbls():
str1 = ','.join( [ t for t in db.tables() if "auth_" not in t] )
if len(str1):
db.executesql( 'truncate {} RESTART IDENTITY'.format(str1) )
