if you want to have other domains - just add sever blocks (block per domain) with server_name www.mydom.com (or you can use regex to hold several doamins by one sever block ); If you want to have web2py app per doamin - specify location in more explicit form - /myapp/ instead just / see the doc: nginx.org/docs/http/ngx_http_core_module.html <http://nginx.org/docs/http/ngx_http_core_module.html#server>
