Probably this is going to involve a lot of manual programming effort by you. While there are similarities between Web2py & Django and they are both python, the way you would program an app is different enough to require re-thinking and re-coding a number of things.
Perhaps start with the models. Then the default.py controller file to match the Django routes. Web2py has a built-in user and authentication feature that works great.
