I've been using Blueprint CSS lately, in WordPress and a private  
Expression Engine application. I like it quite a lot, though grid  
layouts aren't for everybody.

The general idea is to keep the blueprint file(s) separate, and to  
customize it by overriding in a site-specific file. Blueprint itself  
separates its functionality into multiple independent sections  
(typography, layout, etc).
