base on the book, here is the default argument provide by anyserver.py

think it need sudo (super user access) to run port < 1000, and 
alternatively you can run gunicorn itself (without anyserver.py), of course 
the arguments is belong to gunicorn app
e.g.
cd path_to_web2py
cp handlers/fcgihandler.py ./
gunicorn fcgihandler
