Hi,
I set web2py up on a server with the app I built.
I had a UAT session with a user without any issues.
Everything has been running fine for a few days and then today when another
user is to login and test, they complain that their password doesn't work.
I go in reset the password, logout and decide to do a test login, at which
point I get an error with this traceback:

The only thing different from a typical setup is that I had multitenancy turned
on, which it was in the previous case.
AFAIK the code has not changed. It was all working beautifully yesterday.
