but doesn't way what "UPGRADE" is; the manual says --upgrade=yes.
Also, -o TIMEOUT, --timeout=TIMEOUT
timeout for individual request
ought to specify that the timeout is in seconds (assuming that it is).
Finally, in my environment anyway, I'd prefer that the upgrade
function exit when it's done.
