Well - currently launchpad has issue tracking, and feature planning
facilities;

We have not used bug tracking there (or anywhere) because of the overhead;
In general, you need to ask a question (group) to determine if you have a
specific problem, or have found a bug;
In most cases for bugs, Massimo can just fix.
In cases when the lag time (or "need to think about it" time) is longer than
a few days,
a tracker is useful to prioritize, collect more info, etc..

Just putting things in a tracker requires a LOT of admin work, so we have
discouraged it at this point (in the groups is best for now).

This may / will change at some point (especially with more people working on
code), but for now - continue to use the groups.
