I do not know. The error says:

OperationalError: (1025, "Error on rename of './jfind/#sql-ac1_5e' to
'./jfind/person' (errno: 150)")

This is a database error, not a web2py error, I do not know what "'./
jfind/#sql-ac1_5e" is. web2py did not create it.

I suggest remove the database and everthing in "databases/" then start
again.
