It seems that you need to learn some jQuery.
You can include the image.id of each record to create a unique id for each
element.
This example may help, just add it to your html view...
<button id='b1'>B1 Show/Hide</button>
<div id="note_b1">test div1</div>
<br>
<button id='b2'>B2 Show/Hide</button>
<div id="note_b2">test div2</div>
<br>
<button id='b3'>B3 Show/Hide</button>
<div id="note_b3">test div3</div>

$('button').click(function () {
var id = $(this).attr("id");
$("#note_"+ id ).toggle();
});
});
