Overview - Startup 

I think my problem was probably that it doesn't mention all the extra crud that 
is in there to begin with and in the HTML part it just says to remove all 
existing content.  Not sure what I did but originally I just got the same page 
back with my text in a box in the top banner area.

Tried again with this latest version and it seems to be working better.
