yes - it's tied to issue system, you can use on local hosts (there's adapters for "under" the big-table interface that someone made), and it's _supposed_ to work w/ Mercurial google code hosting; when they released mercurial (~2 months ago now) it was all still full of glitches, but if we move the repository, that sequence of: bug report + fire a patch / branch + submit for review (patch+bug => review) could be really useful for us.
