In the book <http://web2py.com/books/default/chapter/29/09/access-control#Authorization> the chapter on Access Control has a section called Two-step verification which is about 2 factor authentication. Basically it's built in. I haven't used it myself. Raise a PR if it doesn' t work as documented.
