Sorry I missed this email, of course it works for admin too (with ssl access).
I've just noticed that I didn't include a "trick" for localhost ssl subdomain simulation (with windows hosts file editing). This is not required for admin access (because its localhost) but its fine to access to web2py admin trhought https://web2py.localhost or https://ssl.localhost for example... I will reedit the document and I send it you again Massimo with my name in it.
