It doesn't matter - you can choose any default application (I think I chose Wordpress) - it doesn't matter because after registration, from webfaction admin console, you just set your default app to something else - in this case, not one of the "default, preconfigured apps" - but rather a mod_wsgi app - and configure for web2py appropriately.
