That would be very nice, indeed! Having a killer CMS application will undoubtfully benefit the web2py community and attract more users. Is thera a way others can help or is it too soon? Julio Monteiro mdipierro wrote: I just finished the book. As far as web2py is concerned my interest now is merging T3+KPAX+jPolite into a new modular and programmable CMS.Massimo On Sep 3, 7:49 am, Julio Monteiro <[email protected]> wrote:Hello Massimo, I didn't realize T3 was old, nice to know that it has been merged with web2py code! Is that a way I can start coding from the t3_wiki in web2py out of the box? What are the current web2py projects that you are working on? Thanks a lot! Julio Monteiro mdipierro wrote:No because it is old. 80% of the T3 code is now in web2py code and written better. T3 needs to be rewritten, integrated with jpolite and kpax. Then, last year I began to learn and develop a big project using Django. I liked Django, but after a while I realized that ORMs suck and I missed web based editing like I used to have in Zope. Recently I found Web 2py and I can't stop feeling awed! I already installed it on my server and I am doing some experiments with it.Today I bumped in the T3 project, looks VERY promising! I would love to start helping in a Web2py project, and I was looking for a Wiki- based one, like T3. I need a wiki that can send notifications to people when it is edited, and, at the same time can act as a forum/ mailing list. For what I understand, looks like T3 is perfect for starting, right? Thanks for such a great framework!Monteiro --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "web2py-users" group.
