Winston,  your code works for me. I can login, logout then log back
in.

Hitting F5 will cause a form submit on most browsers.  Normally, a
confirmation dialog is displayed asking if you want to resend the
information.  You can set 'keepvalues' to False if you want to make
sure that the form won't contain any data.
