Yes. Old ones. Proof of concepts for things to come. T2 was an example of a possible plugin structure but everything in T2 is now in web2py.
T3 is harder to explain. There is a video on vimeo. It is a handy app, it's only problem is that it still use T2 stuff. It should be rewritten.
